Using orderpilot

Shipments & receiving

Follow every package on a map, and mark orders received by scanning the label.

Shipments

Once an order's shipping email carries a tracking number, the package shows up in Fulfillment → Shipments and as a little box on the map.

  • Use the search box to find a package by tracking number, order number or product name.
  • Packages are grouped by status.
  • Each row links to the carrier's own tracking page.
  • Export CSV downloads the list.

Live carrier tracking

Statuses normally come from the emails retailers send. In Settings → Tracking & alerts you can also turn on live tracking with a carrier-tracking provider, so in-transit packages show where they were last scanned. This is optional.

Receive: scan at the door

Fulfillment → Receive is for the moment a package arrives. Scan its label and the matching order is marked received, no email needed.

Three ways to scan

  1. 1
    Live camera

Allow camera access when the browser asks. The picture is read on your device and nothing is uploaded. Hold the label's barcode in view.

  2. 2
    A photo of the label

On a phone this opens the camera app. Use it when the live camera will not start.

  3. 3
    Type the number

Enter the tracking or order number and submit.

Every scan lands in the list below: the product, its order, and whether it was marked received. Pressing Undo on the latest scan reverses it. If a tracking number matches more than one order, you are asked which order it is.

Camera not working?
Browsers only allow the camera on secure pages, so use https://orderpilot.live. Close other programs that hold the camera (Zoom, Discord, OBS), and check the site's camera permission. In an app browser without camera support, use a photo or type the number.
